After spending most of the day farming various creatures and bosses listed on the wiki, I can say with some confidence that the best place is Grizzleheim - Savarstaad Pass - Boar Camp from the Splithoof Barbarians. They're rank 3 fire with 395 hit points so almost anyone can do them easily..
