Technically I believe <72C is fine. I prefer no higher than 65C, though. YMMV, especially with regard to ambient/room temp and your tolerance for fan noise. I am probably going to install cfw and put fan control utility on it, just to be safe. I'm not sure it's necessary to delid the RSX. It seems to me, and from people who have reported here ....
