This is a nice barrel-proof showing of what Ezra Brooks’ flavor profile brings to the table with some extra age on it. I’d love to see how this would taste at 10 or 12 years old, but to my knowledge there isn’t currently a release at that age under this label. Overall I rate this a great 7/10 on the t8ke scale.
