There are a few things you can do to troubleshoot a jammed Litter-Robot globe: 1. Turn off the unit and unplug it. 2. Remove the bonnet. 3. Remove the globe. 4.These sensors detect when a cat has entered or exited the unit. If your unit has a flashing red light bar or the unit will not cycle, this indicates that the cat sensor has been triggered for more than 30 minutes. Successful: If your unit returned home and displays a blue light bar, you've been successful.Remove and empty the waste drawer and place back in the base unit. Remove both the bonnet and globe, place the bonnet only back on the base and press reset. With nothing touching the base aside from the control panel buttons, press and HOLD the EMPTY & RESET buttons for 5 to 6 seconds or till the red light flashes fast, then let go of the buttons.Disconnect the bonnet. Gently flex the two front bonnet tabs outward and hold for about 20-30 seconds. Reattach the bonnet. There are four tabs total: two in the back, two on the sides. You should feel a secure snap and hear a "click" when placed back into the slot, and the bonnet should sit closer to the base.Status Indicator Lights. Solid Blue: Feeder is in Automatic Feeding Mode. Solid Yellow: Hopper is low indicating less than 20% food remaining. Solid Red: Hopper is critically low indicating less than 5% food remaining. Flashing Red: Dispenser is jammed. Solid Purple: Food Bowl and Food Chute are full for 12+ hours (food has not been consumed).
