You experienced a bad shopper. After 1500 orders they know damn well how to do this gig. They broke the first rule of instacart.. don't leave the receipt ever. They were rushing through your order and didn't recheck your bags before delivery. I don't think this was a scam in any way but rather a shopper who just doesn't give a crap anymore..
