Xfinity can't find modem - I can not access my modem's settings through the default gateway of 10.0.0.1. I have tried accessing it while plugged in with ethernet and that does not work either. I am only able to access the settings for a minute or two after I reset the modem by hitting the reset button on the back, and then I lose connectivity.
