The Pilot has 212K on the odometer. We had our local dealer check it and they told us it was the 3rd gear pressure switch, which validated the research I did on the cause. Since this is a relatively easy repair, I ordered a new pressure switch and installed it on the Pilot.This was the case when my 06 V6 At starting doing the blinky blinky in (D)drive and it turned out being the 3rd or 4th gear pressure switch. This was *after* the transmission prematurely broke at ~90k and was replaced with a "new" one. Turns out the installer used the old pressure switches to save money on a "new" transmission..
