On later production guns, matching numbered magazines enhance value. Finding any pre 1915 Luger with a matching mag and in top condition has always been a challenge to collectors. When you factor in the likelihood (1%) of a unit marking, this example is even more unique and perhaps incredibly unique given the unusual marking and the position on the rear grips strap.In 96-97% condition, we have a scarce and very unusually Unit marked German Army Issued 1914 DWM P.08 Luger Pistol.. This pistol is totally matching to include the magazine. What makes this so interesting and usual is that this is actually unit marked on the rear grip strap and the marking it’self is very unusual, M.L. 13/ J.R. 22 ….
